Clifton Sub Aqua Club (CSAC) is a long-established fun loving dive club, based in Bristol with a membership that encompasses a wide range of experience and interests.

We are proud that we offer regular opportunities to go diving and, dare we say, sometimes more importantly to enjoy the welcoming hostelry of our local drinking establishments (wherever we might be at the time).  Diving activities are centred predominantly in the south west of England, but expeditions throughout the UK and abroad are organised during the year.  Recent destinations have included: the south west (Plymouth, Portkerris, Penzance, Lyme Bay, Salcombe and Weymouth); other UK dive sites (Norfolk, Farne Islands, Lundy, Shetland); and overseas destinations (Red Sea, Tunisia and the Caribbean). Our club is part of the British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC) and all levels of training are available, depending on the time of year and instructor availability.  A large number of our members have joined from alternate diving organisations (PADI, SAA etc.) and we are able to offer conversion courses for trained divers.  Recent courses have included: ocean diver; sports diver; dive leader; advanced diver; boat handling; practical rescue management; RYA short-range radio certificate and oxygen administration.

Safety is important in all that we do.  We have an excellent record due to the commitment and training given by our Advanced Divers/Instructors. That's why our motto is:
