Hi all,

                We’ve  been working away for awhile  now at developing the website and would like to announce our first big change –we’ve added a Public calendar to the website showing all the significant events in the Dive Plan and club social scene.

You can view the  Public calendar  here    or by clicking on the calendar menu item on the website ( www.cs-ac.org ) please note that only general descriptions of events are included on the calendar and no personal data will be posted !  Also the calendar isn’t a replacement for the Dive balance sheets and shout system its aimed at making it  easier to find information and share it with each other.  

We have also added a calendar to the Members Area which is password protected, as its private  we can put a lot more detail in here including Dive managers contact details for trips etc . You’ll need to log in to the members area to access this and then click the Members Calendar in the members  menu or use this link  Members Calendar . ( If you don’t  have  or can’t remember your login  mail me and I’ll set you up email the kit officer  ).

                One very useful feature of the calendars is the Agenda View which gives you the events in a list which is  perhaps a little easier than going through the year a month at a time when you’re looking for new items.

                If you want to post an event on the calendars  please email the  boats officer with the info and he will add it in for you . ( don’t forget to talk to the DO first if it’s a dive trip )
